(recipe) red velvet cups

For the red velvet cake, i made it from the box.
But here's the icing recipe that i used:
Ingredients:
  • 10 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 cups of milk
  • 2 cup of butter
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
Directions for the icing:
  1. Heat in a saucepan milk and flour over low heat, mixing well. Do not bring to boil.
  2. Once you see that it starts to come to boil, remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Drizzle over cooled cake.

Directions for the cups:
  1. Cut the cake into bite sizes.
  2. Layer the cake and icing in the cups.
  3. Top with whipping cream and shaved chocolate
Enjoy,
