So this is how i made them. For the blueberry muffins i used the regular blueberry muffin mix and made it as directed on the box.
Separatly i softened 1 (8oz) pkg of cream cheese and added1/2 cup of sugar to it. Mixed it well.
So i put the muffin dough into the cupcake linings and using a decorating bag with a big tip i added into the dough the cream cheese mix.
Baked according to the box label.
And for the topping i used whipped heavy whipping cream.
